The waitlist fee is $30 per prospective child. The fee will be applied to your first week's payment. Please fill out this form for each child you intend to enroll in the center. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee admission. We will contact you as soon as a spot becomes available.

The waitlist fee is non-refundable.
